Position Overview
- Arrange, stock, and maintain products on shelves to ensure an appealing and organized display.
- Ensure products are accurately priced, tagged, and labeled.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to management or suppliers.
- Conduct inventory checks to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
- Promote products to customers and provide information about features and benefits.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
