Position Overview

  • Arrange, stock, and maintain products on shelves to ensure an appealing and organized display.
  • Ensure products are accurately priced, tagged, and labeled.
  • Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to management or suppliers.
  • Conduct inventory checks to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
  • Promote products to customers and provide information about features and benefits.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
