Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Field & Commercial Execution (Core Focus)

    • Conduct regular store visits across Malaysia—including East Malaysia—to ensure full market coverage and business visibility.
    • Execute a structured visitation cycle:
      • 30-day cycle for Klang Valley stores
      • 45–60-day cycle for outstation regions
    • Drive sell-through performance through active engagement with store managers and retail sales staff.
    • Monitor store conditions, stock levels, assortment hygiene, pricing accuracy, and merchandising standards.
    • Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business decisions.
  2. Retailer & SIS Relationship Management

    • Strengthen and rebuild partnerships with key SIS (Shop-in-Shop) retailers and multi-brand accounts.
