Position Overview

Lula is seeking a Sales Operations Support to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our B2 B Sales team. This role acts as the 'connective tissue' of the sales cycle, responsible for managing the administrative burden of the application process and providing vital post-sale support to existing clients. By handling technical queries, document workflows, and continuous financial monitoring, you enable Relationship Managers to focus on high-value conversion and portfolio growth. Key responsibilities Application & Lifetime Support End-to-End Administrative Management: Provide full administrative support throughout the application process, ensuring all documentation is collected, verified, and uploaded timeously for Credit Risk assessment.
