• Develops and executes effective underwriting internal quality control processes and procedures to ensure a consistent work product.
• Follow and respect guidelines and instructions.
• Customer Service Skills.
• Analytical thinking (financial, legal, etc.) to identify risks.
• Team Player.
• Detail Oriented and Thorough.
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Acrobat.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
