Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking, acting as a trusted ski travel advisor.
  • Recommend and sell luxury ski hotels and experiences tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and resort partners to maximise repeat business and commercial success.
  • Work towards sales, conversion, and profitability targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Develop expert destination and product knowledge through training, supplier engagement, and resort familiarisation trips.
