About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Representative who can build relationships, generate new business, and execute reliably.

This is a hybrid outside/inside sales role with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach and pipeline management. You’ll be responsible for growing existing accounts while actively pursuing new opportunities.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of their pipeline, stay organized, and follow through—every time.

What You’ll Do: Business Development & Customer Growth

  • Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to generate opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business through calls, visits, and ongoing engagement
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups on quotes and active opportunities
  • Build long‑term relationships while continuing to expand account value

Pipeline & Sales Management

  • Own and actively manage your pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive)
