Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive near-native spoken English to conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the United States. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and capable of initiating conversations with individuals or businesses to generate interest, qualify leads, and support the company’s sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects daily
• Introduce the company’s products/services clearly and professionally
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Identify customer needs and record detailed notes in the CRM system
• Overcome objections and maintain a positive conversation flow
• Schedule follow-up calls or set appointments for the sales team when required
