In this role, you will engage shoppers, demonstrate premium coffee products, educate customers on Nespresso's innovative coffee solutions, and drive sales through exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with Costco members and create meaningful customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate Nespresso coffee machines and communicate key product features and benefits.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend the best coffee solution to meet their lifestyle and preferences.
  • Drive sales by delivering compelling product demonstrations and closing sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk display.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
