Job Description

- Prepare Purchase Order (PO) documents
- Analyze prices and costs, and plan product cost pricing
- Manage and oversee procurement activities to ensure alignment with the company’s operational plans
- Prepare price comparison documents
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments
- Coordinate with suppliers for product orders
- Manage and control inventory
- Maintain and organize procurement documents according to the purchasing system
- Prepare operational reports for supervisors
- Handle assigned purchasing tasks and responsibilities
