Position Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow‑ups to acquire or support new accounts.

• Drive daily and weekly sales targets through supervision and coaching.

• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.

• Ensure consistent execution of sales playbooks and quality standards.

• Lead regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance check‑ins.

• Support skill development through call reviews, feedback, and on‑the‑job coaching.

• Escalate performance risks with clear documentation.

• Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and reporting compliance.

• Identify recurring execution issues and recommend improvements.

• Coordinate schedules, act as escalation point, and align with Sales Manager and cross‑functional teams.



QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience.

• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
