Salesforce Developer

Position Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce platform experience, including strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flow Builder.

This role focuses on optimizing and modernizing an existing Salesforce environment, particularly for Planning and Forecasting capabilities, by reducing technical debt and promoting scalable, cost‑effective solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate of out‑of‑the‑box functionality over custom development and can guide stakeholders toward sustainable platform decisions.

Eligible locations: Halifax, NS / St. John’s, NL / Fredericton or Moncton, NB / Stratford, PEI.

Work model: Hybrid – 2/3 days per week onsite.
