Qualifications
- Experience across core SFMC modules (Email, Journey, Automation, Content, Mobile).
- Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and multi-channel messaging.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage multi-step and event-based journeys in Journey Builder.
- Configure SFMC studios to support campaigns, automations, and triggered messaging.
- Manage SFMC data models and Contact Builder.
- Support reporting via SFMC Analytics and Datorama.
- Create documentation, test scripts, and runbooks.
