We’re hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive hands-on delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. This isn’t a “title-only” lead role. You’ll own the toughest builds, set the engineering standard, and ship scalable, secure, governor-limit-aware solutions that hold up under real production load.

What you’ll lead and deliver

• Hands-on technical leadership: design, build, and deliver critical Salesforce capabilities end-to-end (you’ll code, not just review)
• Apex engineering: bulkified, testable, performant Apex (async patterns, queueables/batch, error handling, transaction management)
• Platform architecture: deep ownership of Salesforce execution order, transaction flow, limits strategy, and multi-tenant optimisation
