Position Overview

Our client, is seeking a high-caliber SAP ECS Client Engagement Manager / Service Delivery Manager to oversee a critical portfolio of cloud transformation and enterprise operations.

In this senior, strategic leadership role, you will own and grow the end-to-end customer relationship for enterprise accounts leveraging SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS). Acting as the primary client advocate and escalation authority, you will manage the full engagement lifecycle from onboarding and cloud transition into steady-state operations. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional technical teams, driving S/4HANA adoption, managing complex risk portfolios, and leading strategic innovation workshops directly with C-suite stakeholders to deliver world-class service quality and commercial expansion.

Duration: 6-Month Contract
