In this role you will maintain and develop HR local systems (SAP HCM) for Allianz Spain and Allianz Portugal, driving end-to-end resolution of HR IT incidents and new legal requirements. You will bridge local HR teams with Central IT and support the SuccessFactors-SAP interface. The position blends ABAP development, system integration, and agile delivery to shape HR capabilities across borders. A strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement will help you impact HR operations at scale.
