Your Key Responsibilities
- Understand & document business requirements
- Initiate and support required change management
- Develop functional specifications from business requirements
- Develop, document, implement and present new solutions
- Customize & Implement configurable SAP software solutions
- Design & Support integration of legacy & 3rd party software applications with SAP
- Support and optimize existing solutions
- Provide operational support (tickets/RFSs)
- Provide Project Support (Projects/RFCs)
- Provide Training to key users
