Position Overview

Position Title: SAP PMO

Experience Level (Years range): 10 to 18+ yrs

Location: Finland, Helsinki / Stockholm, Sweden.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive program governance framework, ensuring alignment with SAP Activate methodology, quality gates, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end PMO operations including planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery governance across all workstreams.
  • Manage program-level planning (scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies) and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide executive reporting (RAG status, dashboards, KPIs) and insights to leadership and steering committees.
  • Maintain and govern RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive mitigation and escalation management.
