Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP PP, QM, and PM Senior Consultant with 5+ years of experience to support S/4 HANA AMS engagements. The role involves production support, issue resolution, enhancements, and process optimization across Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP PP, QM, and PM modules.
• Analyse and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
• Work on enhancements, configuration changes, and change requests.
