Job Title: SAP SCM Resource Manager
Location: Remote (10–20% travel to manufacturing plants as needed)

We are seeking a hands-on SAP Resource Manager to support capacity planning, resource allocation, and project staffing across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role will leverage SAP S/4HANA and Wrike to align workforce and machine capacity with production schedules and demand plans.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage resource capacity across teams, plants, and production lines
Translate SAP data into actionable staffing and shift plans
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources with demand forecasts
Conduct resource reviews, resolve allocation conflicts, and support project timelines
Track utilization and performance metrics; generate reports using Excel and Power BI
