Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) as part of a broader HR transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, integration, testing, training, and post‑go‑live support. The role is pivotal in enabling modern, effective learning strategies aligned with the organization’s development goals.
