Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, test, service, maintain, and repair fire detection and sprinkler systems.Program, configure, and troubleshoot fire detection control panels.Diagnose and rectify system faults, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable system performance.Conduct site surveys, assess client requirements, and prepare accurate quotations.Plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver installation and maintenance projects.Supervise and provide technical guidance to Assistant Technicians.Ensure all work complies with applicable SANS codes, SAQCC requirements, and health and safety regulations.Complete service reports, commissioning documentation, and project records accurately and on time.Travel to customer sites and work outside normal business hours when operational requirements demand.Deliver professional customer service and ma...
