Mercer a business by Marsh is seeking an outstanding professional to lead and grow our Savings Plan Consulting practice in Mexico (Location: México City, Monterrey or Guadalajara). This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-impact solution that creates value for clients while strengthening employees’ financial wellbeing and savings culture across the country.

Work Model

Hybrid (at least 3 days per week in the office)

What can you expect

• Lead and grow the practice by owning the strategy, market positioning, client value proposition, revenue growth, profitability, and overall quality of delivery of Marsh’s savings fund solution.
• Serve as the technical authority on savings funds, with strong understanding of the regulatory framework, market application, operating model, governance, and the investment-related component of the solution.
