Sawmill Operations Lead

Profile Personnel is seeking a Sawmill Production Supervisor for their facility in Stutterheim, Eastern Cape. The successful candidate will supervise production processes and staff, ensuring adherence to SHE standards and company policies.

Applicants must have at least 3 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing, a Matric Certificate, and must be able to effectively communicate in Xhosa and English. This role offers an opportunity to lead and improve manufacturing processes.
