We are seeking Schedulers who can move with urgency in a dynamic operational environment. This role is critical in ensuring optimal caregiver coverage while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

• Review caregiver preferred hours and availability using Point-of-Care scheduling software.
• Identify open client shifts and strategically match and fill vacancies based on client needs and caregiver preferences.
• Analyze schedules to optimize caregiver utilization and maximize coverage.
• Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and branch staff to ensure a seamless experience.
