Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk duties with a customer service mindset meeting realistic challenges and demands of a primary and secondary school setting.
  • Answer phone calls, attend to walk‑in visitors, take messages, respond to enquiries and provide general useful information in a dynamic environment where calls are volumous.
  • Maintain customer‑related information when required, e.g., phone log.
  • Communicate with teachers regarding parents’ feedback/messages from phone calls or walk‑in parents.
  • Handle daily varied demands and queries from parents, students, vendors, staff, etc.
  • Render first‑level assistance to walk‑in students’ needs including sick and injured students, and immediately escape the case to other colleagues in the office if it is beyond superficial cases.
  • Handle and support situations when students vomit or soiled their clothes.
  • Assist students in times of need, e.g., lost & found.
