Job Title: School Effectiveness Officer

Salary: HC06 (£28,142 - £32,061 per annum)
Location: Plough Lane, Hereford

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with schools, governors and partners
• Provide expert advice, guidance and support across a range of education services
• Coordinate and promote traded services, training and CPD opportunities
• Support service development, marketing and income generation
• Analyse data and performance to inform service improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial, statutory and quality assurance requirements
