Scientist - Erlanger, KY

MAIN FUNCTION:
This subject matter expert in non-volatile analytical chemistry will be leading and executing on our longer-term projects, while also running analyses on a broad range of commercially important samples, including beverages, foods and flavors using a multitude of instruments (UPLC-MS, UPC2-MS, UPLC), adjusting and developing methods as needed.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED:

  • Advanced role delivering analytical insight to CD&D, R&D and the broader business.
  • Will perform daily laboratory tasks such as:Non-volatile analysis using UPLC-MS, UPC2-MS and UPLCSample preparation (foods, beverages, flavors, etc.)Method development, analysis, method validationMaintenance and simple instrument repairsCollaboration with the North American and Global R&D teams along with our local team of flavorists.
