Scrum Master (Recoletos)

What will you do?

• Facilitate and help team members work in an autonomous way, ensuring commitment, spirit and team awareness.
• Ensure the team understands the Scrum process before applying it.
• Be responsible for and guard the work methodology.
• Remove any impediment the team faces to achieve its final objectives.
• Mentor the Product Owner in responsibilities, ensuring the product backlog is properly refined and prioritized, and prepare it for the next sprint.
• Facilitate Scrum events: daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
• Collect appropriate metrics to display team progress, capacity, and address possible pain points.
• Act as a safeguard for the team, encouraging focus.
• Facilitate decision‑making sessions and processes, ensuring rapid inspection and proper adaptation process use, collecting retrospectives and improvements for future projects.
