SEA Customer Service & Order Management Specialist

3M Philippines is seeking an entry-level to early-career specialist to handle end-to-end order management using SAP, Salesforce, and customer portals, maintaining master data and resolving simple to moderate issues. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics, with strong attention to detail and English and Vietnamese language skills.

You will interact with internal teams and customers to meet KPIs and contribute to continuous
