Second Cook will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the First Cook.

What will I be doing?

• Produce the mise en place for the kitchen.
• Set up orders for sales points.
• Ensure organization and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Prepare food using appropriate cooking techniques under the guidance of the superior.
• Store food and check its validity.
• Assist other departments whenever necessary.
• Transmit information during shift changes and seek previous shift information.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
