Position Overview
Second Cook Pastry
Second Cook will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the First Cook.
What will I be doing?
- Produce the mise en place for the kitchen.
- Set up orders for sales points.
- Ensure organization and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Prepare food using appropriate cooking techniques under the guidance of the superior.
- Store food and check its validity.
- Assist other departments whenever necessary.
- Transmit information during shift changes and seek previous shift information.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
