Position Overview

Our public sector client requires a Secret cleared BMC Remedy resource to for maintaining and developing ITSM-related solutions, services, best practices, and reporting capabilities to meet the IT service offering needs of the department.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the process of migrating / modernizing some of the legacy remedy applications into a new ITSM platform
Participate in the process of migrating the current ITSM platform to a new ITSM platform
Provide technical advises regarding ITSM related situations
Propose technical solutions to ITSM related problems and challenges 
Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the current legacy remedy systems and its custom applications
Must have:
Experience responding to user requirements, using BMC ITSM system (Remedy 9.1 or newer) 
Experience with BMC Developer Studio
Valid ITIL v3 Certification
