Job Objective

To supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security guards across all facilities, ensuring full coverage, adherence to security protocols, and prompt response to incidents to protect personnel, assets, and operations of the manufacturing site.

Environment

Internal: Supervising security activities across all shifts (day/night/weekends/holidays).

• High-alert operational environment requires strong attention to detail.
• Direct interaction with all departments (Production, HR, Engineering, HSE, Administration).
