Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Execute daily deployment duties across assigned security duty points
- Greet and assist patients and visitors at entrances with a professional and courteous approach
- Support vehicle operations by opening/closing doors and managing front lobby flow
- Provide assistance with wheelchairs, trolleys, and general wayfinding needs
- Coordinate taxi services, portering, and patient transport support
- Manage traffic flow within roads and carpark areas to ensure safety and efficiency
