Security Systems Technical Lead

Overview

Convergint is looking for a Security Technical Lead to join our amazing culture in our Calgary, AB location. As the Security Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing customer and technical support for a broad range of installed systems, from basic to complex. Responsibilities include system installation, programming, system start‑up / check‑out, certification, and related customer training on projects. The Technical Lead may also service and support existing customers by responding to service calls, carrying out Customer Support Programs and small project work.

The Technical Lead provides technical supervision, coaching, and mentoring to field colleagues with respect to the installation and service on Security projects. This role facilitates the delivery of assigned projects effectively and within budgeted cost and time schedules.
