About the team The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our team as a Seller Acquisition & Growth Manager. In this role, you will focus on driving large‑scale merchant acquisition for TikTok Shop through offline channels and ecosystem partnerships, while also managing and growing a portfolio of merchants. This role focuses on recruiting merchants at scale via industry events, trade fairs, and strategic collaborations with logistics, payment, and commerce service providers, as well as identifying category opportunities and guiding merchants on campaigns, assortment, and growth levers to maximize GMV.
