Are you confident supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural needs? We are recruiting a SEMH Support Assistant for a small group learning environment focused on structure and emotional regulation.

You will work with pupils who require additional emotional support to engage with education.

Responsibilities:
• Support pupils during lessons and unstructured times.
• Help pupils manage emotions and behaviour.
• Reinforce positive routines and expectations.
• Support de-escalation strategies when needed.

Skills & Qualities:
• Calm under pressure.
• Experience with SEMH or behaviour support.
• Strong communication skills.
