SEND TA-Care Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable SEND Teaching Assistant with experience, or a Care Worker with relevant experience, to support students with challenging behaviour in South London. Location: South London Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.00 pm The role: Supporting students with special educational needs and challenging behaviour Providing one-to-one and small group support to help students engage with learning Working closely with teachers and other staff to create a safe and positive environment Requirements: Previous experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant or Care Worker Confidence and resilience when supporting challenging behaviour A caring, patient and proactive approach If you are passionate about making a difference and ready to take on a rewarding challenge, we would love to hear from you.
