Purpose:

As the Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator (SENCO), you will be the strategic lead for inclusion, ensuring that every pupil with a disability or additional needs receives the bespoke support required to thrive. Operating as a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee the day to day implementation of SEND policy and provide expert professional guidance to colleagues, parents and external agencies.
