Senior Accountant – CA Inter | US IT Staffing | Noida (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the end-to-end accounting and financial operations of a growing US IT staffing and recruitment organization. This role requires strong expertise in client billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close, along with a solid understanding of staffing industry financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with US staffing businesses, possess excellent analytical and reconciliation skills, and be comfortable collaborating with recruiters, account managers, payroll providers, and clients. Experience with consultant payroll processing and US staffing billing models is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• CA Inter (mandatory) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
