Minimum Requirements Completed Bcom degree in Accounting essential Professional Accountant (SA), SAIPA, CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification beneficial Proven experience within an accounting practice preparing Annual Financial Statements and tax computations independently Strong knowledge of Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM) Experience with SARS e Filing, VAT, payroll, EMP501, COIDA and CIPC submissions Previous team leadership or mentoring experience advantageous Excellent communication, organisational and client relationship management skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines Experience with workflow management systems such as will be advantageous Main Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals while reviewing and improving the quality of their work Prepare and review Annual Financial Statements for companies and trusts Prepare corporate, individual and trust tax computations a...
