Senior Agile Facilitator for Scaled Delivery

Applaudo seeks an Agile Facilitator who will empower teams to deliver value through collaboration and agile best practices. The role involves leading multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and improving delivery predictability and quality.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of Agile experience and strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a passion for servant leadership. The position is based in Ciudad de México.
