Senior Analyst - Customs & Trade Compliance, Emea (Madrid)

We are currently searching for a Senior Analyst - Customs & Trade Compliance based in Madrid (hybrid role) to provide advanced support to Regional Trade and Customs operations.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate and monitor import/export compliance with International Trade, Customs and Government Agency Laws & Regulations for Baxter entities in EMEA.
• Help develop, implement, and support Baxter’s Trade and Customs strategy and systems.
• Identify and implement duty reduction opportunities and general process improvements, working to develop, audit, and support international trade programs.
• Implement internal processes to collect proofs of origin, ensure compliance with non-preferential rules and report origin determination regularly.
• Drive standardization of import/export processes and internal control procedures, including drafting local SOP/procedures for trade compliance & customs activities.
