Senior Analyst, Franchise Network Standards

The Asia‑Pacific Franchise team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Franchise Network Standards. This role reports to the Vice President, Franchise Network Standards Lead for Asia‑Pacific. The Network Standards team supports Mastercard’s expansion into new business models and ecosystem constructs while also helping maintain the strength, consistency, and integrity of the existing network.

• Support the development and maintenance of global standards that promote consistent, secure, and compliant network operations across markets.
• Support the design of standards for new payment flows, emerging technologies, and evolving ecosystem participation models.
• Support the standards development lifecycle, including research, drafting, review, and implementation coordination.
• Assist in assessing how customers and partners participate in the Mastercard network, including new roles and ecosystem constructs beyond issuing and acquiring.
