Position Overview
Our client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Senior Analyst Risk Adjustment for their Newark, NJ/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ Senior Analyst Risk Adjustment - Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is responsible for the execution, coordination, and ongoing operation of Client enterprise risk management program, under the direction of the Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management.
+ This role leads ERM assessments, coordinates enterprise wide risk processes, and synthesizes risk and opportunity insights for Senior Leadership, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Board, regulators, and the Enterprise Risk and Opportunity Council.
+ The position requires advanced ERM expertise, enterprise level judgment, and close collaboration with Executive and Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents and Senior Directors to influence risk and opportunity outcomes that matter to Client strategy and performance.
