The Roles

• Senior Architect : Lead projects across RIBA 2–6 , manage design coordination, oversee delivery, QA and client liaison.
• Senior Architectural Technologist : Technical lead across RIBA 4–6 , coordinate with consultants/contractors, translate design intent on site.

You’ll do

• Run multiple projects and programmes
• Maintain UK Building Regs compliance
• Act as Principal Designer (Building Safety Act) where required
• Mentor juniors; uphold standards and client relationships
