• Act as the primary coordinator between representatives and internal/offshore teams for insurance and investment applications submitted to third‑party providers.
• Review application forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy, and follow up with representatives on missing, incomplete or unclear information to facilitate smooth processing.
• Perform manual pre‑submission checks on customer information, including screening against blacklist records and STRs.
