Preferred: Male Candidates Location: Bangalore/ Kochi Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Review title commitments, title reports, and closing instructions Prepare and review Closing Disclosures (CDs) and settlement statements Coordinate with lenders, escrow officers, underwriters, and agents Ensure all closing conditions are met prior to funding Perform final closing package audits for accuracy and compliance Handle post-closing activities including document verification and issue resolution Manage pipeline efficiently to meet SLAs and turnaround times Ensure adherence to US regulatory and client-specific guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications: 3- 6 years of experience in US Title / Closing / Settlement operations Strong understanding of title commitments, liens, and clearing conditions Hands-on experience with Closing Disclosure (CD) preparation/review Familiarity with mortgage lifecycle (origination to post-closing) Excellent communication and stakeholder coordi...
