Senior Associate, Startup & VC Advisory

Charterhouse Middle East is seeking a Senior Associate to lead multiple engagements within the start-up and VC ecosystem, across GCC, US, and Europe. The role involves driving workstreams, meeting deadlines, supporting pitches, and coordinating investor roadshows.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in VC/PE/IB or consulting and should be willing to travel; hours may be unstructured at times. This is a high-responsibility position with strong exit opportunities.
