The firm works across multiple sectors including commercial, mixed‑use, healthcare, public, industrial, transportation, and aviation. Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept through construction documentation and contract administration. Provide senior design oversight on large, complex aviation projects. Guide and mentor project teams. Collaborate with project managers on scope, budgets, schedules, and staffing. Lead client meetings, presentations, and consultant coordination. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulatory authorities. Contribute to business development, proposal submissions, and client pursuits. Support firm leadership in resourcing, performance management, and operational initiatives. Qualifications
