Position Overview
- Lead B2B commercial development in the real estate and construction vertical, focused on specification-led selling of healthy lighting, EMF-shielding, and related indoor-environment solutions into premium projects (development, fit-out, refurbishment, asset repositioning)
- Works closely with: Product Partner teams for technical/solutions support, key partners (contractors, fit-out, MEP, FM)
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the go-to-market plan for the real estate and construction vertical (UAE and selected regional markets)
- Build and manage a pipeline of developers, asset owners, architects, consultants, designers, fit-out firms and contractors, with clear prioritisation of high-potential projects
- Secure early engagement on premium and flagship projects (concept, design and technical specification stages)
